This edition really seems to be a "bootleg". There are a lot of strange differences between other editions:
1. The Bank has Fujiyama roof
2. The roof of the lowest building of Royal has a different color than the other buildings
3. All the buildings of Waikiki and Safari have the same size
4. The two lower buildings of Fujiyama have the same height
5. The paper wall of President and Fujiyama are not that shiny
6. Title deeds are not that fancy
7. The names of the hotels are in Chinese. They are not faithfully translated
8. Waikiki has only 4 buildings
9. All the brown plastic pieces of the buildings are now black
10. On the table you can see the numbers of extension
11. Money is completely different. The producer made this version for many Chinese board games including Monopoly

I really wish to thank Nan Ma, a nice guy who gave me a lot of infos and pictures about this rare edition I've never heard before.
