This game has been built as a free Add-in for "Tabletop Simulator", a game available on Steam. It's a physical sandbox where people can build their own games and share for free on the Steam Workshop.
I haven't played this games so I cannot tell very much. The developer has made available Hotel 1996 edition and Hotel Tycoon, the graphics are really cool and well made, but mostly they seem to be highly accurate.
It has good reviews not Steam, so give it a try if you can't find friend to play real Hotel!
